Steven F. Langer practices in the areas of immigration through family as well as representing parties in removal, detainer, and waiver matters. He also assists in cases involving the immigration consequences of crimes.
Mr. Langer began his practice in immigration by representing persons pursuant to the Cuban Review Plan in the early 1990s. Mr. Langer obtained the release of a Mariel Cuban through Title 42 U.S.C. sec. 2241 litigation in U.S. District Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit during this time period.
Mr. Langer formerly managed the Oklahoma City office of a large regional firm. He also represented parties in dozens of jury trials in state and federal courts as well as countless administrative hearings and bench trials.
Mr. Langer opened his law office in 2007 as he saw a need in the Oklahoma City community for an immigration attorney with serious litigation experience. Mr. Langer devotes 100 percent of his personal practice to immigration and legal matters affecting the immigrant community.
