We have offices in Oklahoma City and Tulsa so that we can serve both Eastern and Western Oklahoma areas.
In our immigration cases, our attorneys are licensed to practice in all Federal Immigration Courts across the 50 states and Puerto Rico. By being in Oklahoma, our attorneys can easily travel to immigration courts on the East and West coast. We have the privilege of representing clients in California, Colorado, Florida, Kansas, Minnesota, Texas, and Puerto Rico at this time. We are honored to serve our clients.
Alvarez de Bennett Law, P.C. also believes in disclosure of services and agreements to our clients. We incorporate written agreements (in English and Spanish) so that our clients are aware of the fees we charge on cases and to ensure that clients will not be surprised by any unexpected charges. We have reasonable flat fee arrangements where clients agree to pay flat fee for services rendered and also retainer fee arrangements where clients agree to pay the attorney for hourly work performed. We also accept payments by all major credit cards.
