We incorporate written agreements (in English and Spanish) so that our clients are aware of the fees we charge on cases and to ensure that clients will not be surprised by any unexpected charges. We have reasonable flat fee arrangements where clients agree to pay flat fee for services rendered and also retainer fee arrangements where clients agree to pay the attorney for hourly work performed. We also accept payments by all major credit cards.
